Brian has an eclectic array of skills which include executive coaching, facilitation, chairing boards and meetings and interventions, executive search, public speaking, organisation and leadership development, change management, et cetera.

Brian also has more than 2 decades of executive search experience in handling top-level and middle-management executive search assignments across a range of industry sectors.

Additionally, besides his top executive roles in commerce and industry, Brian has also consulted broadly in organisation development, leadership & management development, and strategy development.

Whilst his major geographical focus is South Africa, Brian has worked for companies in Southern Africa, East Africa, West Africa as well as the Middle East.

Brian has extensive top executive experience in South Africa as HR Director, Marketing Executive, CEO, and Managing Director.

His consulting portfolio includes executive search, strategy development, business transformation, organisation and management consulting, human capital management, talent management, change management, executive search, executive coaching, career strategy coaching, and general business consulting.

His experience coupled with his postgraduate degrees in the Social Sciences as well as Business Administration and his MBA provide him with keen intuition in respect of the business requirements of his clients.
