Founder & Managing Partner

Brian has an eclectic array of skills which include executive coaching, facilitation, chairing boards and meetings and interventions, executive search, public speaking, organisation and leadership development, change management, et cetera.

Brian has extensive top executive experience in South Africa as HR Director, Marketing Executive, CEO and Managing Director.



His focus initially related especially to research in the executive search and specialist talent sourcing function of The Human Capital Group.

Besides being an executive search and specialist talent sourcing professional , Siegfried is also an experienced career strategy and career coach . He is integrally involved in the career transition and outplacement practice of The Human Capital Group.

Ronald Laxton



Ronald joined The Human Capital Group in 2023 after an auspicious career as a mature and consummate business executive, with a demonstrable record of success in establishing and leading and managing highly successful businesses, especially in the technology solutions space.

Ronald’s involvement in the technology solutions environment spans more than 3 decades. 

His expertise in the technology solutions space is varied and expansive, including ERP systems, supply chain management, inventory management, digitisation, digitalisation.



Dominique Johnson is a highly qualified and seasoned expert and specialist relating to the development, advice, management, delivery and execution of strategies, programs and partnerships in the social development and health sectors, also as it relates to the corporate sector.

As an expert and professional, Dominique is highly skilled with a special emphasis on strategy, analysis, policy, partnership development, project & program development and management. He has led multiple teams at the international and domestic levels in this regard.

Dr Norman Chorn


Associate Partner

Norman holds a Ph.D., MBA, and post-graduate degrees in management and economics. Norman has engaged in part-time lecturing at the Graduate School of Business at Wollongong, at Charles Sturt, the Witwatersrand University in South Africa, and more recently is a regular guest lecturer at the Gordon Institute of Business in Johannesburg, South Africa. 

Norman also consults with several major private and public-sector organisations in Australia, the UK, New Zealand, and South Africa.

A registered industrial psychologist, with more than 20 years of experience in the private, public, and higher education sectors, Theo’s fields of specialisation include organisational development, organisational dynamics, change management, talent management, and assisting leaders and managers to effectively engage in the design and translation of organisational strategy.

Mauritz Coetzer, a qualified and registered coach (leadership and performance and career coaching), is a senior aviation professional with extensive leadership and management experience as an airline captain.

Mauritz is currently an airline captain, piloting CRJ passenger jets for ProFlight, a Zambian airline company providing airline services in Sub - Saharan Africa.

Ignette Moolman is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive leadership and management experience. 

She has served both as a military and an airline pilot with an illustrious 14-year military and a 10-year + airline career. She is also a registered life coach with Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA) specializing in leadership and performance, career and identity coaching.

Andre has both local and International experience. His passion and forte are organizational architecture and business performance improvement.
