A registered industrial psychologist, with more than 20 years of experience in the private, public and higher education sectors, Theo’s fields of specialisation include organisational development, organisational dynamics, change management, talent management and assisting leaders and managers to effectively engage in the design and translation of organisational strategy.

Theo obtained a Doctorate Degree in Leadership, Performance and Change from the University of Johannesburg in 2005.
