Ignette Moolman is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive leadership and management experience. 

She has served both as a military and an airline pilot with an illustrious 14-year military and a 10-year + airline career. She is also a registered life coach with Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA) specializing in leadership and performance, career and identity coaching.

Ignette is currently a senior 1st officer in South African Airways, currently piloting A320 and A330 Airbus aircraft. She has also served as the chairperson of the SAA Pilots Association.

Prior to joining South African Airways, Ignette was a senior officer in the South African Air Force.  During her time as Officer Commanding and Instructor at the Air Transport School based at 41 Squadron and later as the Acting Officer Commanding of 41 Squadron, Ignette has trained, mentored, and coached aspiring ab-initio students and experienced pilots alike. 

This has provided her with extensive experience and a unique insight into the demands placed on individuals who have been appointed to high-pressure positions, as well as the challenges that business executives have to endure on a daily basis.

Besides maintaining her credentials as an airline pilot, Ignette shares her experience and know-how in the non-aviation environment as well; offering group and one-on-one career and performance-focused coaching and mentoring solutions in the workplace.
