Mauritz Coetzer, a qualified and registered coach (leadership and performance and career coaching ) , is a senior aviation professional with extensive leadership and management experience as an airline captain.

Mauritz is currently an airline captain, piloting CRJ passenger jets for ProFlight, a Zambian airline company providing airline services in Sub - Saharan Africa.

After spending the initial years of his career in the banking industry, Mauritz embarked upon studies to pursue a career in the aviation industry.

Mauritz graduated with a professional aviation qualification, i.e. ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence), conferred in line with the provisions and terms and conditions of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) and requirements of The Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) in the USA, The Joint Aviation Authority (JAA) in Europe and the South African Civil Aviation Authority ( SACAA).

During his years as an airline professional and captain, Mauritz has trained, mentored and coached and performance managed aspiring and practicing aviation professionals.

Besides maintaining his credentials as an airline captain, Mauritz shares his experience and know-how in the non-aviation environment as well, offering group and one-on-one career and performance-focused coaching and mentoring solutions in the workplace.
